Mr. Hersh has been in the insurance brokerage industry since 1981, directing his energies to the marketing and design of innovative solutions for advanced insurance needs. His expertise in product selection, plan design and impaired risk underwriting combined with his advanced business and industry designations enable him to provide effective insurance solutions.

Mr. Hersh has been especially focused on developing viable Financed Life Insurance Premium (FLIP) solutions for a major multinational insurance and financial services corporation. He has helped in the design of custom built insurance products and lending programs specific to FLIP and positioned Harris-Hersh Financial Services to be the premier FLIP provider in the industry providing start to finish sales, design and underwriting support.

Recently, Mr. Hersh has been working on the development and distribution of a turnkey Accounts Receivable Financing (ARF) program for the brokerage market. This promises to be one of the fastest growing and more profitable opportunities seen in years. Mr. Hersh has a Bachelor of Arts from Southern Illinois University and has a Master of Business Administration degree from Keller Graduate School of Management.
