Mr. DeLacey has served on the Board of Directors of The Entaire Gloal Companies for over six years. In addition to Entaire, Mr. DeLacey serves on the Executive Board and Valuation Committee of Gazelle TechVentures, Inc., an Indianapolis based venture-capital fund, as well as on the Board of Directors of CommonVoices, Inc., a Boston-based telecommunications software start-up company.

Mr. DeLacey was formerly the President and CEO of Prodigy, assuming the position at the time of Prodigy's acquisition from IBM and Sears. Mr. DeLacey managed Prodigy's transition from a proprietary online service provider to a full Internet-based service. He is widely regarded as the catalyst in Prodigy achieving financial viability after ten years of consecutive losses. During his tenure, Prodigy Internet was developed and introduced, garnering millions of subscribers and becoming the cornerstone of a successful IPO. Prodigy, Inc. was later sold to Southwestern Bell Companies and through merger is now part of AT&T.

Mr. DeLacey also has served as President / CEO of International Wireless and spent over eight years in various positions at Boston Technology, Inc. (BTI), a worldwide supplier of telecommunications equipment. His last position at BTI was as Chief Operating Officer. Earlier, he led that company's initial efforts to build a global presence. Within three years as general manager of the international segment, the international business exceeded US revenues and contributive margins. Mr. DeLacey joined BTI as Vice President of Operations early in the company's development phase.
