Alan M. Harrington, JD is a Senior Vice President with Entaire Global Companies, Inc. and President of Entaire subsidiary Global Financial Distributors.

Al’s prior positions have included SVP of Variable Distribution at Old Mutual Financial Network where he was responsible for the direction and management of OMFN’s domestic variable insurance distribution business. Additionally, he was SVP of Banc One responsible for fixed annuity and traditional life insurance marketing; SVP & General Counsel of Fortis Life Insurance Company where he was responsible for the legal affairs and managed care strategy for the health insurance operation; and VP & Associate General Counsel for AEGON. Al started his career as a trial lawyer in Texas where he remains an active member of the Texas State Bar and is licensed to practice in the Northern District of Texas.

Besides his law degree from Loyola University in New Orleans he earned a B.S. from the State University College of NY in Buffalo, NY. Al is a licensed insurance agent and holds his NASD Series 6 and Series 26 licenses.
