William R. Muirhead

Mr. Muirhead retired as President of the Company in April 2006. At the Company he had developed and coordinated day-to-day business development issues along with many sales relationships between the Company and its affiliates.

Mr. Muirhead’s experience in the insurance industry started in 1960. During his 32 years as owner and President of MCV, Inc., marketing both commercial and personal lines, the company grew to become a $5 million agency. At the same time, he partnered in a stock brokerage firm and a real estate agency.

Mr. Muirhead has Chaired the Boards of Directors for the Titusville Area Hospital and the Titusville Industrial Fund, Inc.; he has served on the board of Pennsylvania Bank & Trust Co., the PA State Chamber of Commerce, the University of Pittsburgh at Titusville, and the board of the PA Association of Insurance Agents.
